Worst ever stay in my life , pathetic staff , poor services and their whole night high volume parties make my night terrible . They are absolute irritating and spoil your stay . Not preferred for stay . Even though I have requested many to lower volume of music no one responded .

Hotel breakfast is just ok not as 3 star,rooms are neat and clean however it gives old look inside room. Food is satisfactory. Hotel is next to road and has good bar whose prices are high. It's looks more like heritage hotel

I with my wife and son checked in on 28.02.21 in this hotel and found it a place with activity & buzz all day around.There were Kitty party of ladies going on in day time and young people partying here in groups in evening .The Hotel has all basic facilities and the room interiors are well furnished too.I had chosen a super deluxe room meant for double occupancy but they allowed extra bed ( for my son) for just Rs. 500/- which was very reasonable .The Hotel has a Big adjacent plot dedicated to Car parking for guests.The Laptop and Mobile charging points were conspicuously less in the room which is a shortcoming.The Hotel has a Moon stone lounge for open air dining plus a regular restaurant called Mineral.Food is fine and the complimentary breakfast has variety and taste too. I was delighted to find 'Poha' in the breakfast menu too,something which I miss in most of U.P. Hotels.The Party hall in the Hotel is good for 50-60 guests. Tariff is reasonable and one can bargain on same too.The staff is courteous and warm and counter persons carry no airs which make you quite easy to mix with them.WiFi signal is good.

We stayed here with 2 families for 1 night and believe me this is a worst Hotel Experience ever. I booked this room because of high ratings but what I found poor is poorly maintained room, poor service, poor quality food and very lazy staff. One of the staff told us that some years back this was the best hotel in meerut and they are enjoying that tag now without focusing on any improvement area. I will not come again here for sure.
